13. REMOVE INSTRUMENT FINISH PANEL RETAINER LOWER
a. Remove the 2 bolts and instrument finish retainer lower.
14. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACE SUB-ASSY NO.2
a. Remove the clamp, nut and passenger side junction block.
b. Remove the bolt and earth wire.
c. Release the clamp.
