Remove the roof headlining assembly to gain access to the Windshield Glass Stopper No. 2. Refer to the appropriate Repair Manual for proper
procedure. The stoppers are located within the blackout area of the glass approximately 20-25 cm inboard from the top corners of the glass.

Cut off the tip of the windshield glass stopper as shown in the illustration.

Open a gap between the Windshield Glass Stopper No. 2 and the roof panel using a flat-blade screwdriver, in order to prevent interference. Avoid
putting pressure on the glass.

4.

Confirm the noise has been eliminated. Re-install the interior finishers.
