EGR Valve: Service and Repair
EGR VALVE REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect EGR gas temperature connector if applicable.
2.
Disconnect vacuum line.
3.
Remove EGR retaining bolts.
4.
Remove EGR valve and gasket.
5.
Using a new EGR gasket, reinstall EGR valve.
6.
Reverse removal procedures to install.
