3. (TOYOTA TYPE)

REMOVE INBOARD AND OUTBOARD JOINT BOOT CLAMPS
-

Using a screwdriver, remove the inboard and outboard joint clamps.

(GKN TYPE)
REMOVE INBOARD AND OUTBOARD JOINT BOOT CLAMPS
-

Using a boot clamp tool, draw hooks together and remove the clamps.

-

Using side cutters, cut small boot clamps and remove them.

4. DISASSEMBLE INBOARD JOINT

Place matchmarks on the inboard joint and drive shaft.
