EXAMPLE: No.2 Balance shaft housing "2" + No.1 Balance shaft "1" Total number 3 (use bearing "Yellow")

(a)  Apply new engine oil to all sliding and rotating surfaces.

(b) Align the bearing claw with the claw groove of the balance shaft housing (Ex. No.1 bearings of the No.1 balance shaft).

2.  INSTALL NO.1 BALANCE SHAFT

(a)  Install the No.1 bearings to the No.1 balance shaft.

(b) Install the No.1 balance shaft with the No.1 balance shaft bearings in the No.1 balance shaft housing.

3.  INSTALL NO.2 BALANCE SHAFT

(a)  Engage the No.2 balance shaft gear to the No.1 balance shaft gear by matching the timing marks on the gears.
(b) Roll the No.2 balance shaft onto the bearing journals while engaging the gears with each other.

4.  INSTALL NO.2 BALANCE SHAFT HOUSING
