Disconnect two air hoses from P/S pump.
Removal Of Three Bolts, Wire Clamp, And Air Tube

Remove three bolts, wire clamp and air tube.
Disconnecting Engine Ground Wire From Intake Manifold
18.
Disconnect engine wire ground strap from intake manifold.
19.
Disconnect knock sensor and EGR VSV connectors.
Removal Of Intake Manifold
20.
Remove intake manifold as follows:
a. Remove four bolts, No.1 air intake chamber and manifold stays.
b. On California models, remove wire bracket.
Removing The Six Bolts For Intake Manifold
c. Remove six bolts, two nuts, intake manifold and gasket.
