Recall - Steering Wheel Nut Loose

TO: ALL TOYOTA DEALER PRINCIPALS, SERVICE MANAGERS, PARTS MANAGERS

SPECIAL SERVICE CAMPAIGN - W01 
(1994 JAPAN BUILT CAMRY STEERING WHEEL SET NUT)

Toyota will initiate a Special Service Campaign to tighten the steering wheel set nut on certain 1994 model year Japan built Toyota Camry vehicles.

The steering wheel set nut is not sufficiently tight in certain 1994 model year, Japan built, Camry vehicles. If the owner continues to operate the vehicle
with this condition, they may experience an abnormal steering vibration or looseness of the steering wheel. In the worst case, the nut could eventually
come off and the steering wheel may separate from the steering shaft. This can result in a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of an accident.
