Check that air does NOT flow from port E to port F.

Apply battery voltage across the terminals.

Check that air DOES flow from port E to port F.

If operation is not as specified, replace the Air Conditioning Idle-Up Valve.
5. REINSTALL AIR CONDITIONING IDLE-UP VALVE.
