Place the 4 injectors together with the delivery pipe in position on the cylinder head.

Temporarily install the 2 bolts holding the delivery pipe to the cylinder head.

Check that all injectors rotate smoothly.
HINT: If injectors do not rotate smoothly, the probable cause is incorrect installation of the O-rings. Replace the O-rings.

Position the injector connectors upward.

Tighten the delivery pipe holddown bolts.
Torque: 13 Nm (9 ft.lb)

Connect the fuel return hose.

Connect the fuel inlet pipe to the delivery pipe with 2 new gaskets and the pulsation damper.
Torque: 34 Nm (25 ft.lb)
