Control Module HVAC: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION

Disconnect the amplifier and inspect the connector on the wire harness side, as shown in the chart. 

Test conditions

-

Ignition switch : ON

-

Temperature control dial: MAX COOL

-

Blower dial : HI

If circuit is as specified, try replacing the amplifier with a new one. If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.

connect the connector to A/C amplifier and inspect wire harness side connector from the back, as shown.

Test conditions

Ignition switch : ON
