Water Pump Removal
1. Disconnect negative (-) terminal cable from battery
CAUTION: Work must be started after 90 seconds from the time the Ignition Switch is turned to the "LOCK" position and the negative (-)
terminal cable is disconnected from the battery.
2. Drain engine coolant
3. Remove timing belt. See: Engine/Timing Components/Timing Belt/Service and Repair
4. Remove camshaft timing pulleys
(a) Using SST, remove the bolt and RH timing pulley. SST 09249-63010,09960-10010 (09962-01000)
