Housing Assembly HVAC: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Remove glove compartment.
2. Remove Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and ECU bracket.

3. Remove connector bracket.

a. Disconnect the connector from the connector bracket.
b. Remove the two screws and the bracket.

4. Remove blower unit.

a. Disconnect the connector from the blower unit.
b. Disconnect the air inlet damper control cable.
c. Remove the three screws, one nut and the blower unit.

INSTALLATION

1. Install blower unit.

a. Install the blower unit with the three screws an one nut.
b. Connect the air inlet damper control cable to the blower unit.
c. Connect the connector.

2. Install connector bracket.
3. Install ECU bracket and ECU.
4. Install glove compartment.
