Using an ohmmeter. measure the resistance between the terminals +B and HT.
Resistance: 11 - 16 Ohms at 20°C (68°F)

If the resistance is not as specified, replace the Sensor.

Reconnect the Sub Heated Oxygen Sensor connector.
^
Reinstall the floor carpet.
^
Reinstall the passenger's seat.
3. Reconnect negative (-) terminal cable to battery.
