Remove the O-ring from the lock-up solenoid see Figure 2.

NOTE:

Each bolt length mm (in.) is indicated in Figure 1, 2 & 3.

REMOVE Bo ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY

Remove the two bolts.

(b)

Remove the Bo accumulator assembly.

(c)

Remove the check ball on No. 1 plate see Figure 3.

REMOVE UPPER AND BODY COVER 

Remove the eleven bolts and upper and body cover.

NOTE:

Each bolt length mm (in.) is indicated in figure 4.

REMOVE OIL STRAINER, UPPER VALVE BODY COVER GASKETS AND PLATE

Remove the oil strainer on the gasket.

(b)

Remove the two gaskets and plate from the upper valve body see Figure 5.

REMOVE LOCK-UP RELAY VALVE SLEEVE STOPPER
