Bolt: 9 ft-lbf (12.5 N.m, 130 kgf-cm)
Nut: 82 in-lbf (9.3 N.m, 95 kgf-cm)
6.
Oil cooler installation.
a.
Install the new stud bolt.
Torque Specifications - 80 in-lbf (9.0 N.m, 92 kgf-cm)
b.
Clean the oil cooler contact surface on the oil cooler mounting.
c.
Temporarily install the oil cooler with the nut.
d.
Apply a light coat of engine oil on the threads and under the head of th6 union bolt.
e.
Install the plate washer and union bolt.
Torque Specifications - 58 ft-lbf (78.5 N.m, 800 kgf-cm)
f.
Tighten the nut.
Torque Specifications - 80 in-lbf (9.0 N.m, 92 kgf-cm)
g.
Connect the No. 2 and No. 3 water bypass hoses to the oil cooler.
7.
New oil filter installation.
a.
Clean the oil filter contact surface on the oil filter mounting.
b.
Lubricate the filter rubber gasket with clean engine oil.
c.
Tighten the oil filter by hand until the rubber gasket contacts the seat of the filter mounting.
