Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair

1.

Disarm airbag system as described in MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING.

2.

Drain engine coolant, then disconnect coolant reservoir hose from radiator.

3.

Disconnect upper radiator hose from radiator.

4.

Disconnect engine relay box from battery, then the electrical connector from the cooling fan.

5.

Remove three fan motor attaching bolts, then the cooling fan.

6.

Reverse procedure to install.
