DISASSEMBLY OF FRONT SEAT ADJUSTER

1.

Remove front seat from vehicle.

2.

Remove seat cushion shields

3.

Remove seat back

4.

Remove seat cushion

5.

DISASSEMBLE FRONT SEAT ADJUSTER

(a)

Remove the E-ring from the vertical seat link. (w/Seat vertical adjuster)

(b)

Remove the two screws and the reclining connecting pipe.

(c)

Remove the tension spring from the seat track equilizing wire.

ASSEMBLY OF FRONT SEAT ADJUSTER

NOTE:
To prevent warpage of the seat adjuster, carry out this operation on a level surface.
