Under the Vehicle

1.

Remove the engine under cover No. 1, and No. 2, and the lower air duct.

2.

Loosen the radiator drain plug and drain the coolant into a clean drain pan. (After the coolant is drained out, remove the drain plug.)

Note:

Keep the engine coolant, it will be reused.

3.

Remove the radiator outlet hose.

4.

Disconnect the electric cooling fan water temperature switch.

5.

Remove the 1 cooling fan lower mounting bolt.

Engine Compartment

1.

Remove the radiator inlet hose.

2.

Remove turbo cooling hose.

3.

Remove the reservoir tank hose.

4.

Remove the 2 bolts securing the fuse box.
