Remove the 2 cooling fan upper mounting bolts.

Note:

Leave the cooling fan assy in the engine room.

6.

Remove the intermediate clamp of alternator air duct.

Note:

It makes it easier to pull up the radiator.

7.

Remove the radiator upper support.

8.

Remove the radiator assy.

9.

Remove the water temperature switch from the original radiator and install it in the new radiator.

Tightening torque 80 kg-cm (69 in. lb.)

Install the new radiator

Install the radiator

Make sure that the radiator is positioned correctly in the lower support.
