1.

Remove the reservoir tank.

2.

Remove the reservoir tank bracket.

3.

Remove the 1 bolt securing the cruise control actuator bracket.

4.

Install the new reservoir tank bracket.

5.

Install new reservoir tank.

6.

Pass the chain ring of the radiator cap (w/o pressure relief valve) over the radiator overflow pipe.

Note:

If the hose retention clip is tight, enlarge it 3 mm (1/8") as shown in the diagram.

7.

Install the hose from the reservoir tank to the radiator.

8.

Reconnect the negative battery cable.
