2.

Install the radiator upper support

Note:

After installation, check that the rubber cushion (A) of the supports is not depressed.

3.

Install but do not tighten the 2 electric cooling fan upper mounting bolts.

4.

Install the radiater inlet hose and replace the turbo cooling hose with the new one provided in the kit.

Note:

See diagram for radiator inlet hose clamp position.

5.

Install the alternator air duct clamp.

Under the Vehicle

1.

Install the electric cooling fan lower mounting bolt.

2.

Install the radiator outlet hose and drain cock.

3.

Connect the electric cooling fan water temperature switch.

Engine Compartment

1.

Tighten completely the cooling fan upper 2 mounting bolts.

2.

Install the fuse box.

III. Reservoir Tank Replacement

Vehicle with A/C

1.

Remove the reservoir tank.

2.

Disconnect the vacuum hose between vacuum pump and cruise control actuator from the actuator.
