Using a screwdriver, remove the cylinder boot set ring and cylinder boot.

Put a piece of cloth or an equivalent as shown.

-

Use compressed air to remove the piston from the cylinder.

WARNING: Do not place your fingers in front of the piston when using compressed air. Injury WILL result.

Using a screwdriver remove the piston seal.

REASSEMBLE CALIPER

-

Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to following parts:

-

Main pin boot

-

Sliding bushing and dust boots

-

Piston, piston seal and cylinder boot
