CONNECT CLEVIS TO BRAKE PEDAL

Insert the clevis pin into the clevis and brake pedal, and install the clip to the clevis pin.

Install pedal return spring

Install instrument lower finish panel

-

Install master cylinder

-

Connect vacuum hose to brake booster

-

Fill brake reservoir with brake fluid and bleed brake system

-

Check for fluid leakage

-

heck and adjust the brake pedal, then tighten the clevis lock nut.

Torque: 260kg-cm (19 ft-lb, 25 N.m)

Perform operational check
