Position the slit of the rocker shaft in the direction shown in Figure 25.

Align the rocker shaft end with the cylinder head end.
16.
Install the oil control valve housing.
A.
Install the oil control valve filter.
B.
Install the gasket and oil control valve housing with the 4 bolts and 2 nuts. (Figure 27.)
Torque: 9.0 N.m (92 kgf.cm, 80 in..lbf)
17.
Install camshaft(s).
A.
Place the camshaft(s) on the cylinder head with the No. 1 cam lobes facing as shown in the illustration. (Figure 28.)
B.
Install the bearing caps in their proper locations. (Figure 29.)
HINT:
Camshaft bearing caps have a number and front mark.
