Fit a wrench on the hexagonal portion of the Bell Tensioner swing arm (see Figure 2).
F.
Slowly move the Belt Tensioner at least 4 times through its full stroke. (It should take at least 3 seconds to work it though one full stroke.)
This will release any air from the Tensioner Assembly and prime it for proper operation.
