Pull the inner cable toward the throttle cam and measure the free play between the tape mark and the outer cable tip.
3.
Adjust the cable free play:
A.
Loosen the throttle cam side lock nut and adjust the free play to 1 or 2 mm. (Please refer to illustration.)
B.
Tighten the actuator side lock nut.
Torque: 12 Nm/8 ft lbs
C.
Confirm free play of 1 to 2 mm.
