Control Assembly: Service and Repair
A/C CONTROL ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT LOWER FINISH PANEL
2. REMOVE HEATER AIR DUCT NO. 2
Remove the screw and heater air duct No. 2.
3. DISCONNECT A/C CONTROL CABLES
a. Remove the water valve control cable guide.
b. Disconnect the mix cool damper control cable from the heater unit.
4. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL
5. REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER PANEL
6. REMOVE A/C CONTROL ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 2 screws.
b. Pull out the A/C control assembly, then disconnect the connector.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
