REMOVAL 

1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT 
2. CANADA only:  DISCONNECT RELAY BOX (FOR DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT SYSTEM) FROM RADIATOR 

Remove the 2 bolts, and disconnect the relay box from the radiator.

3. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

a. Disconnect the connectors and wire:

1. No.1 cooling fan connector
2. w/ A/C:

No.2 cooling fan connector 

3. ECT switch connector for electric cooling fan 
4. Wire from clamp on No.1 cooling fan 

b. Disconnect these hoses: 

1. Upper radiator hose from radiator 
2. Lower radiator hose from water inlet 
3. Radiator reservoir hose from radiator
