Alignment: Service and Repair
Front
1. Measure the vehicle height, noting the following.
Tire Size: P185/70 R14
Front Measurement: 187.8 mm (7.39 inch).
Rear Measurement: 255.8 mm (10.07 inch).
Tire Size: P205/55 R15
Front Measurement: 182.6 mm (7.19 inch).
Rear Measurement: 250.0 mm (9.84 inch).
a. Front measuring point: Measure from the ground to the center of the front side lower suspension arm mounting bolt.
b. Rear measuring point: Measure from the ground to the center of the strut rod mounting bolt.
NOTE:

Before inspecting the wheel alignment, adjust the vehicle height to the specification.

If the vehicle height is not within the specification, try to adjust it by pushing down on or lifting the body.
2. Install the camber-caster-kingpin gauge onto the wheel alignment tester, making sure to follow the specific instructions of the equipment
manufacturer.
3. Inspect the camber, caster and steering axis inclination.
Camber: -0°51' ± 45'(-0.85° ± 0.75°).
Left-Right Error: 45' (0.75°) or less.
Caster: 2°07' ± 45' (2.12° ± 0.75°).
Left-Right Error: 45' (0.75°) or less.
Steering Axis Inclination: 15°06' ± 45' (15.10° ± 0.75°).
NOTE: If the caster and steering axis inclination are not within the specification, After the camber has correctly adjusted, recheck the suspension
parts for damaged and/or worn-out parts.
