Blower Motor: Service and Repair

1. Remove cooling unit as outlined under Evaporator Core, Service and Repair.
2. Disconnect blower motor connector.
3. Disconnect electrical connector from air inlet damper control servo motor.
4. Remove wire harness.
5. Remove blower unit retaining nuts and the blower unit.
6. Remove wire harness clamp from blower unit.
7. Remove three blower motor screws and pull blower motor with fan from bottom of blower unit, Fig. 1.

8. Reverse procedure to install.
