Caster & Camber
FRONT WHEEL DRIVE MODELS
Caster and camber is not adjustable. If measurements are not within specifications, inspect suspension components for damage or excessive wear.
Replace as necessary.
ALL WHEEL DRIVE MODELS
CAMBER
If camber angle is not to specification, adjust by turning the camber adjusting cam. Loosen the shock absorber set nut and turn cam to obtain
correct adjustment. Camber angle changes approximately 20° with each graduation of the adjusting cam. After adjustment, torque cam
adjusting bolt to 166 ft. lb.
CASTER
Caster angle is not adjustable. If caster angle is not to specification, check suspension components and replace worn or damaged components
as required.
Toe-In
Measure length of tie rod end on each side and adjust to be equal. Adjust toe-in by turning tubes equal amounts. Clamp adjusting tubes after aligning
clamps with tube slots. Lock tie rod ends so that inner and outer ends are at right angles to each other.
