Test Setup

- Install two unions to the injector and delivery pipe with four new gaskets and the union bolts.

Torque: 12 N.m (125 kgf.cm, 9 ft.lbs)

- Connect hose to the unions.
- Connect wire to the injector.
- Put a container under the injector.

Jumper Installation

- Using a jumper wire, connect terminals +B and FP of the check connector.
- Reconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
- Turn the ignition switch ON.

NOTICE: Do not start the engine.

Checking Injector Operation

- Connect the test probes to the battery, and check that the fuel spray is as shown.
