CAUTION:The short 1.77 in. (45mm) bolts go into the top mounts, the long 2.76 in. (70mm) bolts go into the bottom.
5. Connect the following hoses to the throttle body:
a. PCV hose to the cylinder head cover
b. Vacuum hose from the throttle body P port to the vacuum pipe
c. Vacuum hose from the throttle body E port to the EGR VSV
d. Vacuum hose to the throttle opener
6. Install the accelerator bracket.
7. Connect the ISC valve and throttle position sensor electrical connectors.
8. Install the air connector stay with the two mount bolts and two nuts. Torque the bolts to 14 ft.lbs (19 Nm), torque the nuts to 69 in.lbs (7.8 Nm).
9. Install the air connector with the four mount bolts. Torque the mount bolts to 14 ft.lbs (19 Nm).
10. Install the intercooler.
11. Connect and adjust the accelerator cable.
12. Refill the engine with coolant.
13. Connect the negative battery cable.
