1. Install the pressure feed tube.

Tighten the union bolt with a new gasket.

HINT:  Make sure the stopper of the pressure feed No.2 tube is touching the tube, as shown, then tighten the union bolt.

Torque: 52 Nm (38 ft. lbs.).

2. Install the power steering vane pump assembly with the pressure feed tube and the two brackets. 

a. Temporarily install the two brackets to the pump assembly with the bolt.

b. Tighten the 3 bolts.

Torque: 43 Nm (32 ft. lbs.).

3. Connect the pressure feed tube. 

a. Install the three tube clamp brackets and grommets. 
b. Tighten the two tube clamp bracket set bolts. 

c. Using the 09631 - 22020 SST, connect the tube and tighten the bolts.

Torque: 36 Nm (26 ft. lbs.). 

HINT: Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 inch), this torque value is effective in case that SST is parallel to a
torque wrench.
