Celica ST Ltd Ed Liftback L4-1762cc 1.8L DOHC MFI (1997)
(a)
Remove the 3 bolts holding the No. 1 oil pan to the transaxle.
(b) Remove the 6 bolts.
(c) Using a 5 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 14 bolts and No. 1 oil pan.
(d) Remove the No. 1 oil pan by prying the portions between the cylinder block and No. 1 oil pan with a screwdriver.
CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the contact surfaces of the cylinder block and No. 1 oil pan.
