(b) Apply seal packing to the oil pan as shown in the illustration.
Seal packing: Part No. 08826 - 00080 or equivalent.

Install a nozzle that has been cut to a 3 - 5 mm (0.12 - 0.20 inch) opening.

Parts must be assembled within 5 minutes of application. Otherwise the material must be removed and reapplied.

Immediately remove nozzle from the tube and reinstall cap.
(c)
Install the No. 2 oil pan with the 13 bolts and 2 nuts.
Torque: 4.9 Nm (43 inch lbs.)
2. Install timing belt.
3. Remove engine sling device.
4. Remove engine hanger.
5. Install rear engine mounting insulator and engine mounting center member.
6. Install front exhaust pipe support bracket.
7. w/ A/C: Connect A/C pressure pipe to engine mounting center member clamp.
8. A/T: Connect transaxle control cable to engine mounting center member.
9. Install front exhaust pipe.
10. Fill with engine oil
11. Start engine and check for oil leaks.
12. Recheck engine oil level.
13. Install engine under covers.
14. Install RH front wheel
15. Install hood.
