Toyota Workshop Service and Repair Manuals

NOTE:  When repairing the oil pump, the oil pan and strainer should be removed and cleaned.

1. Remove hood.
2. Drain engine oil.
3. Remove RH front wheel.
4. Remove engine under covers.
5. Remove front exhaust pipe.
6. A/T: Disconnect transaxle control cable from engine mounting center member.
7. w/ A/C: Disconnect A/C pressure pipe from engine mounting center member clamp.
8. Remove front exhaust pipe support bracket. 
9. Remove rear engine mounting insulator and engine mounting center member. 

10. Install engine hanger.
