7. Using the 09308 - 00010 SST, remove the outer oil seal.
8. Remove the bearing from the steering knuckle by doing the following.
a. Using snap ring pliers, remove the snap ring.
b. Using the 09527 - 17011, 09950 - 60010 (09951 - 00480), 09950-70010 (09951 -07150) SST and a press, remove the bearing from the
steering knuckle.
ASSEMBLY
1. Using the 09608 - 32010, 09950 - 70010 (09951 - 07150) SST and a press, install a new bearing to the steering knuckle then, using snap ring
pliers, install a new snap ring.
2. Using a T30 torx wrench, (part No. 09042 - 00010 or locally manufactured tool) install the dust cover with the four bolts, tightening the bolts to
8.3 Nm (74 inch lbs.).
3. Using the 09608 - 32010, 09950 - 60010 (09951 - 00400), 09950-70010 (09951 -07150) SST and a press, install the axle hub.
4. Install the lower ball joint by doing the following.
a. Install the lower ball joint and tighten the nut to 103 Nm (76 ft. lbs.).
b. Install a new cotter pin.
