Item 1: (A40D only) The valve body parts listed below have been modified to:

permit 3-4 upshift at wide open throttle
^
eliminate delayed engagement of N-R shift when hot

permit factory adjustment of line pressure (see details)

Adjustable Line Pressure Sleeve
An adjustable line pressure sleeve has been added which permit's fine tuning of line pressure by the factory during assembly. Note the following
precautions when disassembling and assembling the adjustable sleeve.
1.
Check pre-set position of sleeve and retainer when disassembling (A, B, or C). Reassemble in the same position.
2.
When replacing the sleeve with new parts, assemble in position B.
