APPLICABLE WARRANTY

This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first,
from the vehicle's in-service date.

Warranty application is limited to correction of a problem based upon a customer's specific complaint.

Components

Repair Procedure

1.

Conduct a road test to verify the noise condition - front brake rattle noise will occur when the front tire runs over a depression in the road.

2.

Remove and replace the front disc brake pad support plates (2 per each caliper).

NOTE

The procedures listed below are for one side and should be used for both the RH and LH side.
