Amplifier: Service and Repair
Removal

AUDIO / VIDEO: STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ Front Seat Side Airbag)

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH

3. REMOVE OUTER SEAT TRACK COVER RH

4. REMOVE INNER SEAT TRACK COVER RH

5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

6. REMOVE AUDIO AMPLIFIER COVER

(a) Disengage the 2 clips and remove the audio amplifier cover.

7. REMOVE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect each connector.

(b) Remove the 2 bolts and stereo component amplifier assembly.
