Applicability

Introduction

Some 2009 - 2010 model year NAP (North American Production) Corolla vehicles not equipped with a rear deck lid spoiler may exhibit a condition
where the trunk lid will not stay in the fully open position. Use the following repair information to correct this condition.

NOTE

This bulletin only applies to vehicles not equipped with a rear spoiler.

APPLICABLE WARRANTY

This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first,
from the vehicle's in-service date.
