(f) Remove the bolt and the front speed sensor.

NOTICE:

Prevent foreign matter from attaching to the sensor tip.

*

Clean the installation hole and the surface for the front speed sensor every time the front speed sensor is removed.

Installation

Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.

The following procedure is for the LH side.

If the sensor rotor needs to be replaced, replace it together with the front drive outboard joint shaft assembly. (for TMC Made)

If the sensor rotor needs to be replaced, replace it together with the front drive shaft assembly. (for TMMC, NUMMI Made)

1. INSTALL FRONT SPEED SENSOR (for TMC Made)

(a) Install the front speed sensor with the bolt.

Torque : 8.5 Nm (87 kgf-cm, 76 in-lbf)
