Radiator Cooling Fan Motor Relay: Testing and Inspection

2AZ-FE COOLING: RELAY: ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. INSPECT COOLING FAN RELAY NO. 1

(a) Remove the relay from the engine room relay block.

(b) Measure the resistance of the relay.

Standard Resistance:

*

If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.

(c) Install the relay.

2. INSPECT COOLING FAN RELAY NO. 2

(a) Remove the relay from the engine room relay block.

(b) Measure the resistance of the relay.

Standard Resistance:

*

If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.

(c) Install the relay.

3. INSPECT COOLING FAN RELAY NO. 3

(a) Remove the relay from the engine room relay block.
