Piston Pin: Service and Repair
SPECIAL SERVICE TOOL (SST) REQUIRED

09221-25025 Piston Pin Remover and Replacer
REMOVAL
1. Using SST Piston Pin Remover and Replacer, press out the piston pin from the piston.
2. Remove the connecting rod.
INSTALLATION
1. Coat the piston pin and piston pin holes with engine oil.
2. Align the front marks of the piston and connecting rod, and push in the piston pin with your thumb.
3. Using SST Piston Pin Remover and Replacer, press in the piston pin.
