After replacing the Belt Tensioner Assembly:
1.
Fit a wrench on the hexagonal portion of the Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner swing arm (indicated by arrow).
2.
Slowly operate the Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner at least four times through its full stroke. (It should take at least 3 seconds to work it through
one full stroke.) This will release any air from the Belt Tensioner Assembly and prime it for proper operation.
