Check the pad thickness through the Caliper inspection hole and replace pads if not within specification.

Minimum thickness:  1.0 mm (0.039 in.)

Remove two Caliper installation bolts from the torque plate.

Remove the brake Caliper and suspend it so the hose is not stretched.

NOTE: Do not disconnect the brake hose.

Remove following parts:

-

Two anti-squeal springs

-

Two brake pads

-

Two anti-squeal shims

-

Two pad wear indicator plates

-

Four pad support plates

-

Check rotor disc thickness

-

Check rotor disc runout
