Impact Sensor: Service and Repair
Center Airbag Sensor
1. Disarm SRS as outlined under Air Bag System Disarming and Arming.
2. Remove console box, Fig. 60.
Fig. 60 Air Bag Sensor Assembly Replacement.
3. Loosen air bag sensor assembly mounting screws with suitable Torx wrench.
4. Remove electrical connector for air bag sensor assembly, then remove assembly.
5. Reverse procedure to install and tighten mounting screws to specifications.
