Alignment: Service and Repair

Caster & Camber

Camber and caster is not adjustable on these models. If camber and caster
angle is not within limits, check for worn or damaged suspension parts and
replace as necessary.

Toe-In

1.

Remove clamps from steering gear boots.

2.

Loosen tie rod end locknuts.

3.

Turn left and right tie rod ends an equal amount to adjust toe-in.

4.

Ensure length of both tie rods are equal following adjustment.

5.

Following adjustment, install steering gear boot clamps and torque tie rod locknuts to 41 ft. lb.
