a. Drive out straight pin toward ring gear mounting surface.
b. Push out pinion shaft, and take out differential pinions, differential side gears and thrust washer.

Disassemble 4 pinion type differential case as follows:
a. Verify alignment marks on differential case and case cover, and remove attaching bolts.
b. Remove three pinion shafts, then take out differential pinions, pinion shaft holder, side gears, and thrust washer.
